Returns & Refund Policy
Our custom printed products are made to order just for you! We're unable to offer returns or refunds for those, however if you have any issues with your order, please contact our support team who'll be happy to assist you!
If the product itself or the printing on a custom printed product is defective, or if the final product is significantly different than the design you purchased, then contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Additional non-returnable (non-refundable) items:
Any custom printed items on our site do not qualify for a refund. However, you are welcome to cancel your purchase within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting customer support at email@example.com
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact customer support immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the decision regarding any refund.
If your refund is approved it will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 days for processing from date of approval.
